Rein remarks that his enthusiasm for saunas is in his genes. “I remember how we used to go to the sauna at our grandparents’ place in Southern Estonia. In Tallinn, my home sauna was the Raua Street sauna. In Tartu, it was the Tiigi sauna,” the man recalls how the sauna has been a part of his life through the ages.
After university, when he moved to Kadrina, the sauna enthusiast immediately sought out the Kadrina sauna. “I think becoming a sauna enthusiast has somehow been passed down to me genetically. I’m a typical Estonian who goes to the sauna and socializes there,” Rein explains.
